Start with Facebook's own Download video option where it is available. For a video you published publicly, you may also copy its public link and use F4Facebook.
Steps
Look for Facebook's own control
Open your video, use its options menu, and choose Download video when Facebook provides it.
Check your archive options
For multiple uploads or account records, use Facebook's account-information download tools instead of processing items individually.
Use a public link only when appropriate
If your own post is Public, copy its link and use F4Facebook. Do not change sensitive content to Public merely to download it.
Troubleshooting details
If the result says the video is private, test the link in a signed-out browser window. If it says unavailable, confirm the post has not been deleted and is accessible in your region. An fb.watch link may work better after it opens and you copy the resulting full Facebook address. Missing HD is not necessarily an error: F4Facebook cannot create quality that the source does not provide.
Never enter a Facebook username, password, cookie or access token into a downloader. F4Facebook cannot bypass private posts, friends-only visibility, login walls, age controls or regional limitations. For detailed messages, read F4Facebook Help or the responsible-use guide.
