F4Facebook accepts public video, reel, watch, fb.watch, share/v, and known mobile Facebook link formats. It does not ask for a Facebook login, require a browser extension, or offer a private-content workflow. Its differentiators are local URL classification, explicit errors, a non-fetching URL checker, detailed Help topics, a status structure that refuses to invent uptime, and mobile-first result behavior.
FDOWN’s public website presents a browser downloader and publicly documents reels, fb.watch, share/v, mobile links, an optional extension, and a separate private-video tool. F4Facebook does not reproduce that private process or extension. The table is intentionally narrow; a row says “Not compared” when a durable live-product fact was not necessary or could not be verified conservatively.
