F4Facebook guidance

Understand privacy, copyright, and public-link limits before using F4Facebook to process public Facebook video URLs.

## Public visibility is a real boundary

F4Facebook is designed for individual video and reel links that can be viewed without a Facebook account. A familiar URL shape does not make a post public. Test uncertain links in a signed-out browser: a login page, friends-only audience, age check, regional message, or deleted post remains outside a public-link utility's reach.

## Keep account credentials private

**Never enter your Facebook password** into F4Facebook. The service does not need a username, password, session cookie, access token, two-factor code, page source, or browser profile. Do not install an unknown extension, mobile profile, or certificate to work around an unavailable result.

## Understand temporary result links

A generated media address can expire because the original platform controls delivery. Use a result promptly, and create a fresh request from the original public post when an old address no longer works. Do not forward a temporary media URL as if F4Facebook permanently hosted the file.

## Use normal browser save controls

Current browsers may download an MP4 or play it inline. Use Safari's Downloads and Files app on iPhone, or Chrome Downloads and the device file manager on Android. A full browser is safer and more predictable than a social application's embedded browser. F4Facebook cannot override operating-system storage choices.

## Operational summaries

Successful and failed links may be queued temporarily and sent in compact hourly summaries to the operator's private Telegram chat. Link rows are deleted after confirmed delivery; failed sends remain for retry. Anonymous counters do not store links, media download URLs are not stored, and the application avoids submitted links in ordinary production logs. Read the [Privacy Policy](https://f4facebook.com/privacy) for the complete verified disclosure.

## Use the safest workflow

Start by reading [how F4Facebook works](https://f4facebook.com/how-it-works) so you know what the downloader can and cannot do. If a link fails, use the [troubleshooting guide](https://f4facebook.com/facebook-video-not-downloading) instead of retrying the same restricted or incomplete URL repeatedly.

## Permission and copyright

Public visibility does not transfer ownership. Save only videos you created or have permission to use, and consider whether reuse affects the people shown in the video. For a copyright concern, follow the [DMCA and copyright notice process](https://f4facebook.com/dmca).

## Report a safety or privacy problem

Email [f4facebook@outlook.com](mailto:f4facebook@outlook.com) with the F4Facebook page involved and a concise description. Do not include passwords, cookies, access tokens, private Facebook links, or personal account exports.

## Ready to use a public link?

Return to the downloader and paste a supported HTTPS Facebook or fb.watch URL.
